With the triumph, De La Salle Collegiate advances its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Pilots host Catholic Central (Novi, MI) to clash with the Shamrocks in a Catholic Central test on Thursday, September 11. The Shamrocks come into the test with a record of 5-2. Catholic Central won 2-1 in their recent league test against St. John's Jesuit (Toledo, OH)

The Knights now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host University of Detroit Jesuit for a Catholic Central bout on Thursday, September 11. St. Francis de Sales will play a Cubs squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Cubs record now stands at 8-1.
