In Tuesday's league outing, the host Lutheran Northwest Crusaders soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Oakland Christian Lancers.
The Crusaders (3-4) will now prepare for their outing against Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI). The Eagles go into the Michigan Independent - Blue outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, Plymouth Christian Academy Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI), 1-1, in a league outing.
The Lancers now have a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Lutheran for a Michigan Independent - Blue test on Thursday, September 11. Oakland Christian will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Roeper (Birmingham, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
