In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology Lions soccer squad scored a tight 5-0 victory over the Saddle River Day Rebels.

The Lions (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against New Milford (New Milford, NJ). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, New Milford was overwhelmed by West Milford (West Milford, NJ), 1-0, in a non-league test.

The Rebels now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Eastern Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Saddle River Day will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
