The Madill Wildcats softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Ardmore Tigers to 2 in the Wildcats non-league win on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now possess a 4-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pauls Valley for a 4A District 1 battle on Thursday, September 11. Madill will confront a Panthers team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Cache (Cache, OK). The Panthers record now stands at 12-15.

With the loss, Ardmore falls to 0-14 on the year. The Tigers host Byng (Ada, OK) to meet the Pirates in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 15. The Pirates enter the challenge with a record of 13-8.
