In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Inola Longhorns softball team scored a tight 11-9 win over the Booker T. Washington Hornets.
The Longhorns (6-9) will now prepare for their match against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK). The Pirates come into the 4A District 7 match with a 8-6 record. In their last match, Locust Grove by Stilwell (Stilwell, OK), 11-0, in a league match.
In their next game, the Hornets battle the Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 12. Booker T. Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Comets enter the game with a 8-7 record after their 14-3 non-league win over Del City (Del City, OK).
