The Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs softball team scored 9 runs and held the host Clarke Central Gladiators to 1 in the Bulldoggs league win on Tuesday.

The Bulldoggs now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loganville for a 5A Region 8 battle on Thursday, September 11. Winder-Barrow will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 7-0 league win over Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA). The Red Devils record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Clarke Central falls to 5-5 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Alcovy (Covington, GA) to meet the Tigers in a 5A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 0-12. Alcovy lost 20-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Social Circle (Social Circle, GA)
