The Roland Rangers softball squad (Roland, OK), was nipped 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout with the host Keys Cougars (Park Hill, OK)

The Cougars (11-7) will now prepare for their bout against Spiro (Spiro, OK). The Bulldogs go into the 3A bout with a 0-12 record. In their last bout, Spiro was nipped by Panama (Panama, OK), 16-1, in a non-league bout.

Next up, the Rangers face the Muldrow Bulldogs (Muldrow, OK) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 11. Roland will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 1-3 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK).
