The Avon Eagles topped the visiting Avon Lake Shoremen volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Eagles face the Elyria Pioneers (Elyria, OH) in a Southwestern game, on Thursday, September 11. Avon will attempt to advance on its 10-0 season record. The Pioneers go into the game with a 0-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH).
