The Model Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Bath County Wildcats to 0 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Patriots now have a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Kentucky School for the Deaf for a non-league game on Thursday, September 11. Model will confront a Colonels squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Danville (Danville, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 0-3.
The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY). The Panthers go into the District 61 game with a 4-10 record. In their last game, Fleming County gained a win over Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY), 2-0, in a non-league game.
