Beecher Bobcats (Beecher, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Grant Park Dragons (Grant Park, IL), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Beecher improves its record to 2-4 on the season. The Bobcats host Wilmington (Wilmington, IL) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 10. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 7-2. Wilmington lost 2-1 in their recent league challenge against Manteno (Manteno, IL)

Next, the Dragons meet the Kankakee Trinity Academy (Kankakee, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. Grant Park will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The enter the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Donovan (Donovan, IL).
