The Salem Seminoles were victorious over the visiting Columbia Eagles volleyball team by a margin of 2-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Seminoles now possess a 1-12 record. They play next when they host Drew Charter for a 2A Area 6 bout on Tuesday, September 9. Salem will clash with a team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Creekside Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The record now stands at 1-5.
The Eagles (2-11) will now prepare for their match against Redan (Stone Mountain, GA). The Raiders enter the 2A Area 6 match with a 4-8 record. In their last match, Redan notched a victory over Columbia (Decatur, GA), 2-0, in a league bout.
