The Red Tornadoes enter the contest with a record of 9-1. Hickory won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Bandys (Catawba, NC)

Next, the War Eagles meet the South Iredell Vikings (Statesville, NC) in a North Piedmont 6A/7A contest, on Thursday, September 11. Davie County will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 7-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Mooresville (Mooresville, NC).
