North Carolina High School Volleyball - R-S Central over Hibriten

The R-S Central Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Hibriten Panthers to 1 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Hilltoppers now have a 5-7 record. They play next when they host West Caldwell for a Western Piedmont 3A/4A outing on Thursday, September 11. R-S Central will play a Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Draughn (Valdese, NC). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.

With the loss, Hibriten drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Patton (Morganton, NC) to confront the Panthers in a Western Piedmont 3A/4A game on Thursday, September 11. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 7-3. Patton won 3-0 in their recent league game against East Rutherford (Bostic, NC)
