North Carolina High School Volleyball - Jacksonville crushed by New Bern

In Tuesday's league match, the New Bern Bears (New Bern, NC) volleyball squad toppled the visiting Jacksonville Cardinals (Jacksonville, NC), by a score of 3-0.

With the win, New Bern improves its record to 8-2 on the season. The Bears host Havelock (Havelock, NC) to encounter the Rams in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 0-10. Havelock lost 3-0 in their recent league battle against Swansboro (Swansboro, NC)

The Cardinals now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wallace-Rose Hill for a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 10. Jacksonville will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-1 league win over James Kenan (Warsaw, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-1.
