In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting LaGrange Gators volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Northwest Raiders.
The Gators (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Washington-Marion (Lake Charles, LA). The Charging Indians enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Washington-Marion was beaten by Crowley (Crowley, LA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Raiders meet the Port Barre Red Devils (Port Barre, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. Northwest will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Red Devils enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Vermilion Catholic (Abbeville, LA).
