The West Shamokin Wolves volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Marion Center Stingers to 1 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolves now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Homer-Center for a Heritage outing on Thursday, September 11. West Shamokin will play a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over River Valley (Blairsville, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-4.

The Stingers (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA). The Comets enter the Heritage game with a 0-5 record.
