North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant bounced by West Stanly

The Mount Pleasant Tigers volleyball squad (Mt. Pleasant, NC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC)

With the win, West Stanly improves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Colts travel to Anson (Wadesboro, NC) to battle the Bearcats in a Rocky River 4A/5A contest on Thursday, September 11. The Bearcats enter the contest with a record of 10-1. Anson won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Montgomery Central (Troy, NC)

Next, the Tigers battle the Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC) in a non-league contest, on Monday, September 15. Mount Pleasant will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record.
