In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Villa Joseph Marie Jems volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Mt. St. Joseph Academy Magic.
The Jems (7-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Gwynedd Mercy Academy (Gwynedd Valley, PA). The Monarchs come into the Catholic Academies challenge with a 1-1 record.
Next, the Magic play the Villa Maria Academy Hurricanes (Malvern, PA) in a Catholic Academies challenge, on Thursday, September 11. Mt. St. Joseph Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Hurricanes come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Villa Joseph Marie (Holland, PA).
