The Pisgah Eagles edged the host West End Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Eagles confront the Section Lions (Section, AL) in a 2A Area 16 outing, on Thursday, September 11. Pisgah will attempt to better on its 7-5 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL).

The Patriots (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Southeastern (Remlap, AL). The Mustangs enter the 2A Area 12 game with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Southeastern was nudged by Ashville (Ashville, AL), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
