Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA) and the host Wakefield Warriors (Arlington, VA), observed Westfield's volleyball team hold off Wakefield by a count of 3-2.

The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Chantilly (Chantilly, VA). The Chargers enter the Concorde contest with a 4-1 record. In their last contest, Chantilly got by Herndon (Herndon, VA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Warriors battle the Oakton Cougars (Vienna, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 11. Wakefield will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-2 league loss to Centreville (Clifton, VA).
