University won the last time they faced Spring Mills and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hawks won by a set and slipped past the Cardinals 2-1.

Gianna Rupke paced University's offense, picking up seven kills. Rupke got some help from Alexis Oravec and her 21 assists.

University now has a winning record of 2-1-1. As for Spring Mills, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-1.

University has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Herbert Hoover on the 23rd. As for Spring Mills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Varsity Opponent on the 23rd.
