Willow Glen proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Silver Creek 2-1.

Molly Grodzinsky was the driving force of Willow Glen's attack as she scored both of Willow Glen's goals, bringing her season total up to three goals.

Meanwhile, Gilroy hasn't lost a match since December 17, 2025, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. They and Prospect finished up their match with a 1-1 draw.

Willow Glen's victory bumped their record up to 10-4-2. Gilroy's draw gives them a new season record of 11-2-3.
