Volleyball Recap: Troy Christian Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Troy Christian lost against Covington back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Buccs. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Covington can attribute much of their success to Ramse Vanderhorst, who had 18 digs. Vanderhorst has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more digs the last nine times she's played.

Troy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Covington, they now also have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Troy Christian will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Bradford at 11:00 a.m. As for Covington, they are taking a road trip to take on Bethel at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bees will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Buccs surely won't give up without a fight.
