American kept a clean sheet against Kennedy on Thursday. They blew past the Kennedy Titans 4-0. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won seven contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Kennedy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Abigail Peterman (2), Kai'A Tom, and Sakiko Itoi.

American has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6-1 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 37 goals over those seven games. As for Kennedy, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-5.

American wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Moreau Catholic on the 4th. Kennedy has also already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Newark Memorial on the 4th.
