Ripon came tearing into Tuesday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12 points) and they left with even more momentum. They secured a 35-30 W over the Sonora Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ripon's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Shayla Mckeon led the charge by putting up nine points. Kaylee Lehmkuhl was another key player, posting eight points.

Despite the loss, Sonora still got an impressive performance from Taylor Faught, who posted 13 points.

Ripon is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 11-9 record this season. As for Sonora, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-10.
