Soccer Recap: The Weber School Comes Up Short

The Weber School lost against Woodward Academy back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Weber School Rams came up short against the Woodward Academy War Eagles, falling 4-1. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Iddo Markus, who's now up to four this season.

The Weber School now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Woodward Academy, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Coming up, The Weber School will head out on the road to face off against Whitefield Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th. Whitefield Academy's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Woodward Academy, they will challenge North Atlanta at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Atlanta will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Woodward Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
