Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clayton Valley Charter). They claimed a resounding 87-38 win over the Ygnacio Valley Wolves. The Ugly Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Ygnacio Valley still got an impressive performance from Sa'Rye Starks, who posted 20 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals. The game was Starks' fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Kaitlyn Tatom, who earned eight points along with seven boards and three steals.

The victory (which was Clayton Valley Charter's sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-5. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.8 points per game. As for Ygnacio Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Clayton Valley Charter has already played their next contest (against Berean Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ygnacio Valley will square off against Moreau Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Moreau Catholic will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Ygnacio Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
