Baseball Recap: Tatum Triumphs

Tatum picked up another tournament win on Friday. They came out on top against the Jasper Bulldogs by a score of 4-1.

Colt Bullard was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one triple. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kody Hines, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base.

Tatum now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Jasper, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6-1.

Tatum wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 6-3 win against Center on the 28th. As for Jasper, they will venture away from home to take on West Brook at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bruins have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.63 runs per game on average), something the Bulldogs will no doubt try to take advantage of.
