Soccer Game Preview: Heritage vs. North Forsyth

The Heritage Patriots will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on the North Forsyth Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Heritage's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so North Forsyth's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Tuesday, Heritage narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Grovetown 2-1. Even though the Patriots got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Peter Gonzalez was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for North Forsyth, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand Johnson a 2-0 shutout on Tuesday.

Heritage's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for North Forsyth, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
