Volleyball Game Preview: Boone Grove Wolves vs. 21st Century Charter Cougars

The Boone Grove Wolves will square off against the 21st Century Charter Cougars at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Boone Grove is coming into the contest hot, having won their last ten games.

Boone Grove is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. Everything went their way against Whiting as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Boone Grove can attribute much of their success to Lauren Voudrie, who had 18 digs and four assists. Voudrie is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 12 games she's played.

Boone Grove was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in 15 consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when 21st Century Charter took on Lighthouse College Prep Academy on Thursday. The Cougars blew past the Lions 3-0. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive win against them.

Boone Grove's victory bumped their record up to 18-9. As for 21st Century Charter, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.
