Baseball Recap: Lumpkin County Comes Up Short

Lumpkin County was the 8-6 winner over White County when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 5-4 on Friday.

Lumpkin County has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season. As for White County, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-13.
