Soccer Recap: Jackson Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Jackson was a bit more limited in their game on Friday. They fell 3-1 to the Midtown Knights. The Jaguars have struggled against the Knights recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meetings.

Jackson's goal came courtesy of Fred Wallace, who's now up to five this season.

Jackson now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Midtown, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

Jackson wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 5-0 win against Creekside on the 18th. As for Midtown, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 10-0 victory against Mays on the 18th.
