Southmoore has gone 7-2 against Edmond Santa Fe recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The SaberCats will take on the Wolves at 2:00 p.m. Southmoore's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Edmond Santa Fe's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Southmoore took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over Edmond North.

The team relied heavily on Kandace Burnett, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season. Ryen Bullock was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Edmond Santa Fe posted their closest win since September 5th on Monday. They had just enough and edged out El Reno 4-3.

Southmoore pushed their record up to 21-15 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Edmond Santa Fe, their record now sits at 13-20.

Southmoore beat Edmond Santa Fe 7-4 in their previous meeting back in September of 2022. The rematch might be a little tougher for the SaberCats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
