Football Recap: Jefferson Jaguars vs. Washburn Millers
Jefferson and Washburn squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Jefferson had to settle for second. They took a 27-18 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Millers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Millers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 34-6 back in August.

Despite the loss, Jefferson still got an impressive performance from Abram Bruggeman, who rushed for 148 yards and a pair of scores. Bruggeman's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 145 rushing yards.
Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Washburn, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
Jefferson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washburn, they will take on Minneapolis Southwest on Friday.
