Softball Recap: Chouteau-Mazie's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Chouteau-Mazie entered their tilt with Porter on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Pirates. Considering the Wildcats have won nine games by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Chouteau-Mazie's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Porter, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chouteau-Mazie will take on Catoosa at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Indians have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.13 runs per game on average), something the Wildcats will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Porter, they will venture away from home to square off against Porum at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
