Soccer Recap: Santa Monica Takes a Loss

Santa Monica lost against Mira Costa back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Santa Monica Vikings fell 3-1 to the Mira Costa Mustangs. That's two games in a row now that the Vikings have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Santa Monica and nudges their season record down to 1-3-1. As for Mira Costa, they now have a winning record of 1-0-1.

Santa Monica will be taking part in a tournament against North at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Mira Costa, they will face off against Culver City at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
