Basketball Recap: Boron Takes a Loss

After flying high against Frazier Mountain last Friday, Boron came back down to earth. The Boron Bobcats were dealt a 59-19 loss at the hands of the Bishop Union Broncos on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Broncos: they've now lost four in a row.

Bishop Union's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kristin Allen, who posted 11 points along with seven steals and six assists. Tannyr Ludwick was another key player, putting up ten points and eight boards.

Boron's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Bishop Union, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 18-4.

As of now, neither Boron nor Bishop Union have any future games scheduled.
