Basketball Recap: Jemison Comes Up Short

Jemison made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Dallas County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 64-61 on Monday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Jemison now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Dallas County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Looking ahead, Jemison won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Billingsley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dallas County, they will also get right back to it: they'll take on West Blocton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
