Baseball Recap: Peachtree Academy Takes a Loss

Peachtree Academy lost against Loganville Christian Academy back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Peachtree Academy Panthers lost 16-1 to the Loganville Christian Academy Lions. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered against the Lions since February 27, 2018.

Peachtree Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Loganville Christian Academy, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers challenge the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they will challenge Dominion Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Dominion Christian's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so Loganville Christian Academy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
