Wayne County took a three-goal loss the last time they faced off against Perry, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Wayne County beat Perry by a goal, winning 2-1. That's two games straight that the Yellow Jackets have won by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Ware County's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Benedictine on Tuesday.

Ware County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Wayne County, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
