Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask LaFayette). They blew past the Southeast Whitfield County Raiders, posting a 72-19 win. The Ramblers have beaten the Raiders the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Raiders has come to flipping the script.

LaFayette's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Southeast Whitfield County, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, LaFayette is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Coosa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southeast Whitfield County, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northwest Whitfield at 4:30 p.m. on December 6.
