Bloomfield Hills waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They came out on top against the Novi Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Kayla Nwabueze paced Bloomfield Hills' offense, picking up nine kills. Nwabueze got some help from Brynn Wilcox and her 18 assists. Nwabueze was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Bloomfield Hills' victory bumped their record up to 27-2. As for Novi, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bloomfield Hills will host West Bloomfield at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Novi, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Salem at 6:30 p.m.
