Football Recap: Anderson Starts Season with Victory Against Cooper + How To Watch

Anderson gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They breezed past the Cooper Jaguars to the tune of 52-10. The Raptors pushed the score to 32-10 by the end of the third, a deficit the Jaguars had little chance of recovering from.

Anderson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Davis, who rushed for 101 yards and three TDs on only 14 carries. Tysin Weaver also helped out with an impressive 89 receiving yards.

Despite the loss, Cooper still got an impressive performance from Keagan Maher, who rushed for 176 yards and one score.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Anderson will take on West Clermont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Raptors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Cooper, they will challenge Highlands at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
