Basketball Game Preview: Harrisburg Cougars vs. Central Dauphin Rams

Harrisburg is 0-10 against Central Dauphin since January of 2020 but things could change on Monday. The Harrisburg Cougars will head out to take on the Central Dauphin Rams at 7:30 p.m.

Harrisburg is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 22nd straight game dating back to last season on Friday. They took a 47-32 bruising from Central Dauphin East.

Meanwhile, Central Dauphin didn't have too much trouble with Central Dauphin East on Saturday as they won 50-33. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 50th, while the Panthers are ranked 302nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Harrisburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Central Dauphin, their record is now 13-6.

Harrisburg was taken down by Central Dauphin 59-18 when the teams last played on January 3rd. Can Harrisburg avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
