Roseville is 8-2 against River Valley since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Roseville Tigers will look to defend their home court against the River Valley Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Roseville will be strutting in after a win while River Valley will be coming in after a defeat.

Roseville will bounce into Thursday's contest after beating Placer, who they had gone 0-3 against in their three prior meetings. Roseville walked away with a 42-29 victory over Placer on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Tigers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 618th, while the Hillmen are ranked 228th).

Meanwhile, River Valley came up short against Twelve Bridges on Tuesday and fell 44-32.

Roseville has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-10 record this season. As for River Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Roseville didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against River Valley in their previous matchup on January 10th, but they still walked away with a 38-34 victory.
