Mercy and Priory are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2016, but likely not for long. The Bears will be playing at home against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Mercy their first taste of in-conference action this season.

Mercy fell victim to South San Francisco and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Priory). Everything went their way against El Camino on Thursday as they made off with a 6-2 win.

Mercy's loss dropped their record down to 2-4-1. As for Priory, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-6-1.
