Basketball Recap: Bravo Comes Up Short

Bravo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Franklin Panthers and fell 49-18. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 33-14 two weeks ago.

Ashley Medina continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Franklin, putting up 15 points. Medina has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. Gisele Gonzalez was another key player, scoring four points and four steals.

Bravo's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Franklin, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Bravo nor Franklin have any future games scheduled.
