Softball Recap: East Marshall Makes It Six in a Row on the Road

East Marshall waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Union Knights get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won 18 games by six runs or more so far this season.

East Marshall pushed their record up to 25-9 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Union, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-20 record this season.

East Marshall has already played their next contest (against Panorama), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Union also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against South Tama County.
