Basketball Recap: Ridley Finds Home Court Redemption Against Upper Darby

There's no place like home for Ridley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They came out on top against the Upper Darby Royals by a score of 47-34 on Saturday. The win was some much needed relief for the Raiders as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Ridley's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-9 and their overall record up to 4-11. As for Upper Darby, they dropped their record down to 4-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Ridley and Upper Darby could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. Ridley will face off against Garnet Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday down 395 places (410 vs. 15). Similarly, Upper Darby (ranked 385th) will meet Lower Merion (ranked 168th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
