It was a good run, but Pella Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Louisa-Muscatine Falcons. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in July of 2017.

Pella Christian's loss dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Louisa-Muscatine, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 30-7 record this season.

Pella Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Louisa-Muscatine, they will take on West Monona on the 22nd. The Spartans will roll in looking for their 21st straight win, something the Falcons surely won't give up without a fight.
